Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Mythical Motions. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in a course or purchasing AnimBelt.
1. Courses
Course enrollments are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After 7 days, or once more than 20% of the content has been accessed, no refund will be issued. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request.
2. AnimBelt Toolkit
AnimBelt is a digital software product. Due to the nature of software licensing, all AnimBelt purchases are final and non-refundable once the licence key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.
3. Demo Sessions
Free demo sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling within the same billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible purchase, email [email protected] with the subject line 'Refund Request — [Order ID]'. Include your full name, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and your reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
