1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using mythicalmotions.com (the "Site"), booking a session, enrolling in a course, or submitting an application to the Talent Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

Mythical Motions provides: animation education courses and mentorship sessions; a booking system for free demo and paid mentorship sessions; studio animation services for commercial clients; the Talent Network — a directory connecting studios with freelance animators; and the AnimBelt Hub — educational resources and tooling guides.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time without notice.

3. Bookings and payments

Demo sessions are offered free of charge and are subject to availability. Paid sessions and course enrolments are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled at no charge. No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit the session. Course fees are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed. All prices are displayed in INR and USD; final charges depend on your payment method and currency.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, videos, course materials, the AnimBelt toolset, and the Mythical Motions brand — is owned by or licensed to Mythical Motions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Student work produced during courses remains the property of the student. By submitting work to us for portfolio or promotional use, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it with attribution.

5. Talent Network

Submission to the Talent Network is free and does not guarantee placement or work. We review all applications and reserve the right to decline or remove any profile at our discretion. Mythical Motions acts as an introducer only — we are not a party to any engagement between a studio and an animator, and accept no liability for the outcome of such engagements.

6. User conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems; scrape, copy or redistribute Site content without permission; or harass, abuse or harm other users or staff.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our courses or mentorship.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythical Motions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Discord, Gumroad, YouTube). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
